Supervision, Performance Management & Appraisal

This session is targetted at staff acting in a management or supervisory role within their team. Delegates will explore the performance management process and examine the function of the supervision meeting and annual appraisal in developing a pathway of improvement for staff. The course offers a wealth of practical advice on maximising the benefit of performance management strategies and explores the use of the supervision process to solve challenging isues with staff performance.
