Maintaining Professional Boundaries
This session explores the concept of professionalism and examines how professional boundaries are tested in health and social care. Delegates will examine their own practice environment to identify the intrinsic and extrinsic factors influencing their ability to maintain boundaries and explore ways to overcome challenges. The course looks at NISCC obligations and explores case examples from fitness to practise hearings to highlight poor practice and misconduct.
