Care Planning, Record Keeping and Communications for Healthcare Assistants

This workshop is designed to develop the skills of care assistants in their role implementing care plans and recording and communicating information. Content takes a look at accountability under NISCC, walks through the care planning process and highlights best practice in record keeping and communication through the use of group discussions and case studies.
