Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion runs until the 30th April 2022. All bookings must be completed through the shopping basket on the site by 23.59 on 30th April 2022.

Customers must apply the voucher code TRAINING19PERC at checkout to secure the promotional discount.

The voucher is applied to the basket total and customers may add unlimited items to their basket. Each customer is entitled to a single use of the voucher.

Discount is applied to all products sold on the side at a rate of 19% subject to the terms below:

Upcoming Course Bookings

Discount applies to all open courses listed in the upcoming courses section of the site. The course must be completed by 30th of June 2022 to avail of the discount.

Delegates may pay at checkout via PayPal or reserve their place and pay at the venue.

The promotion is subject to the availability of course places. Once a course is fully booked we will no longer be able to take bookings. However, customers have the option to be added to a waiting list and will avail of the promotional rate if a place becomes available.

Delegates who need to transfer from the booked course to another date would be liable to pay the difference in cost if the alternate date falls outside those included within the promotion.

Dates must be cancelled in line with our cancellation policy which can be found in the details section of each course.

Provider Bookings

The promotion applies to all courses on the providers list and must be scheduled to run between 1st July & 31st August 2022.

The promotion is limited to availability of trainers, venues and training dates within this time period. All training must be satisfied within the staff training business working week, Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm.

Customers may checkout using PayPal of opt to receive a payment invoice upon completion of the course to secure the promotional rate.

Checkout through the site is not a guarantee that the dates requested will be automatically scheduled. The bookings must undergo manual review to match customer requests to trainer availability before the dates are fully confirmed.

If we can't provide the dates requested every effort will be secure alternative dates within the promotional period.

Requests will be handled on a first come first served basis.

If we are unable to satisfy the booking within the promotional time period the customer will be offered alternate dates at our standard prices or a refund if training has been paid in advance.

If we can partially satisfy a booking within the timeframe, any training outside the period will be charged at our standard rate.
