Basic Life Support in the Care Home
This half day
session is a basic first aid session adapted to include important
considerations for the care home setting.
Whilst the
session is designed to encompass relevant current guidance, teaching
is focused on applying principles of first aid to the types of
emergency commonly faced in care homes. It will introduce learners
to important legal considerations surrounding resuscitation and
emergency intervention in work.
